Beautiful and family friendly

Rooms were nice but hot water was hard to come by for showers. Also, hard to get cold water for drinking!

The room was clean but the queen bed seemed smaller somehow. Good luck in the shower if you're a bigger person because it's tiny and very slippery and ours was very slow draining. The provided coffee maker didn't work. I had to program the tv myself since it got no channels. No power at the bathroom vanity outlet. Staff seemed friendly but very scattered brains maybe because it was NYE. The hotel should really consider providing umbrellas for the staff working out in the rain. Although the lobby carpet looks dirty and the place a bit dingy there was not one bad smell or trash anywhere. The location is great.

Our 3rd time visiting around the same time of the year ( christmast/mid dec) in the past 4 years :). We really like that the hotel doesnt feel like a hotel, not crowded, bunalow style rooms with individual patios,
